Tracy Kelley, local mom and long-time Mashpee resident, is excited to announce her candidacy for the Mashpee Select Board. She brings a collaborative approach to local governance with a focus on fostering respectful and intergenerational dialogue and to support and create initiatives that meet the evolving needs of Mashpee

residents and its environment.

I'm a motivated and experienced nonprofit professional with over 20 years of experience in community outreach, project management, and fundraising. 

 

What experience and qualifications do I have that I can offer to Mashpee’s Select Board to benefit all residents of Mashpee?

 

  • Over 20 years of extensive experience in the nonprofit sector.

  • Adept at planning and implementation of successful initiatives.

  • Proven track record in community engagement, fundraising, project management, and client relations.

  • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams of up to 20 individuals and up to 6 direct reports.

  • Expertise in community engagement, advocacy, research, and grant writing.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

My lifelong connection to Mashpee is what I intend to bring wholeheartedly to the Select Board, should I earn your vote in the upcoming May election.

I pledge to:

  • Prioritize equitable housing options that reflect our community's needs and maintain its unique and beautiful character

  • Advance initiatives for clean water and protection of environmentally sensitive areas

  • Advocate for local behavioral health initiatives, resources, and supports

  • Foster open and respectful dialogue across generations to build an inclusive vision for our future
